The Hudson Rooms Cafe in Phibsborough is a great spot for breakfast and brunch, with a menu that stands out for its quality. The breakfast options are really good, and my favorite options are the Toasts and the Brownie. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice place to enjoy a casual meal. If you're after a tasty breakfast or brunch, it’s definitely worth a visit.

We absolutely loved the bacon hash and the pudding hash, both dishes were stunning and offered great value for the quality. The service was a bit slow, but the food was well worth the wait. We had a minor issue with the cutlery, which they resolved immediately with an apology. We’ll definitely be back soon!

had to opportunity to have a cafe and pastry in the Hudson room cafe . The location was central in Phibsborough , Dublin 7. The restaurent was clean and well serviced ( 3 servers) . Had a coffee and homemade chocolate brownie which was fantastic.i would recommend this. Overall , a positive experience and will return for more.

A pleasant, welcoming, and impeccably clean environment. The food is delicious, carefully prepared, and the service is simply exceptional. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, making the experience even more special. The only suggestion would be to improve the exhaust system, as the smell of smoke tends to linger on clothes. However, this does not take away from the excellent experience the place offers. Definitely a place to return to!

Great neighborhood cafe. Exceptional food and service. The staff was super kind. I had the Irish breakfast and an americano, the sausage and eggs were cooked perfectly. They were playing some great music that lifted my spirits. It was a lovely way to start my day. I will be back.

It arrives generously crowned with an abundant dollop of luscious mascarpone cream. This divine creation easily ranks among the best I've ever had, and the portion size is incredibly generous! Equally impressive was the avo toast, a delightful medley of flavors. The accompanying potatoes are a revelation, boasting a sweet and savory blend of seasonings that I found truly captivating. Let's not forget the coffee. They've truly mastered the art of coffee-making, delivering a brew that's a testament to their dedication to quality. Courteous and attentive service from the waitstaff truly elevated the dining experience. Without a doubt, I'll be returning for another culinary adventure at this wonderful establishment.

Best brunch place ever. I've tried so many in Dublin and I can say this has the best food and service. The waitresses are very sweet and their food is very filling. You also always get a table. Highly recommend the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon!
